Shipping policy
At Cue and Dart World, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you quickly, securely, and at a fair cost.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We aim to dispatch all purchases within two to four working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include tracking details where applicable.
Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier services or seasonal demand.
At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK and wish to make a purchase, please contact us directly to discuss whether special arrangements can be made.
While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, Cue and Dart World cannot be held responsible for courier delays once an order has left our premises. That said, our team will always assist in tracking parcels and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the matter quickly, either by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund.
Please also note that our online stock levels may not always match availability in our physical stores. If an item you have purchased is unavailable, we will contact you straight away to offer an alternative product or a full refund.
